Meet Our Team
Gaarekwe is an entrepreneur and business leader with deep expertise in construction, project management, and real estate investment. Growing up in a family-led construction business, he developed a passion for building not just structures, but sustainable futures.
With a background in Business Administration (Accounting major) and a Pedagogical Diploma in Project Management, he has led projects across Botswana and abroad in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
His vision for Devano Capital is simple yet powerful: balance profit with positive community impact
